POSITION DUTIES:

Interpret and apply credit policies in the process of performing credit analysis on retail financing customers. Incorporating company goals, promotions and programs into the decision making process.

Exercises retail credit control for assigned territory within approved authority.
Reviews and approves or declines retail collateralized transactions within established credit authority.
Participates in evaluating customer and dealer credit quality and ongoing financial stability.
Reports trends in customer/dealer transactions and portfolio quality.
Performs retail and wholesale financial analysis.

POSITION SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated oral / written communication and negotiating skills
Computer literate.
Knowledge of credit and finance functions gained through two to four years of related experience.
Heavy equipment lending and dealer network experience desired.
Degree in finance, business administration or other appropriate major required.
