Philadelphia Region Date Posted: May 22, 2008 This leasing company, backed by one of the world’s largest companies, provides turnkey private label lease financing to manufacturers and financial institutions. They are searching for a Sales Manager to lead 8 sales reps in their Financial Institutions division covering 6 banks in 4 states. This division provides small- to middle-market financing to all industries as an outsourced solution for the banks it serves. The volume generated by the sales reps is predominately done by direct origination. Therefore candidates must have a successful history in direct sales origination to multiple industries, management or team leader experience and a thorough understanding of pricing and structuring. This position will require a high energy level and the ability to travel. The compensation package includes base, commission and a car allowance.
