RCA is seeking an individual as Vice President of Regional Sales to be part of the company’s growth objectives. The successful candidate will have existing corporate clients that match RCA profile and be responsible for developing additional new business. The position requires a proven track record.

Basic qualifications for the Sales position include the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum of five years of proven sales experience with a major lessor.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills dealing with Fortune 1000 corporations.
  • Strong knowledge of lease documentation.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Good general computer skills and software experience (Excel, ms, info analysis or similar pricing system).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field, MBA a plus.
