Pioneer Capital Corporation is the wholly owned finance subsidiary of IFC Credit Corporation, a "Monitor 100" funding company. Pioneer Capital Corporation focuses upon the small ticket equipment leasing market (below $250,000) and has over 25 years experience. Pioneer offers its programs and services primarily to the leasing broker Community. The position requires an excellent understanding of small ticket credit as well as the ability to convey credit issues with our customers - brokers.

Basic requirements of any applicant include:

College degree.
At least 4 years experience in the small ticket leasing market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent research skills.
Strong relationship management skills.
Problem solving skills.
Works well under strict timelines.
Works well with others.
Must live and work in the Dallas, Texas area.
