Already 50 salespeople strong, we are in the process of expanding our Vendor Services Group and Direct (Small and Middle Ticket) sales teams nationwide. Our focus in expanding our vertical markets can be your platform in propelling your career forward. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Target specialized vertical markets.
  • Prospect and close vendors producing flow-type originations while evangelizing Balboa Capital’s value proposition.
  • Develop strong external and internal relationships.
  • Focus on growing new and existing accounts.
  • Increase company revenue by meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Position Requirements:

  • Mature, experienced industry veterans looking for a platform and long-term home.
  • A customer following and specialty in a vertical market where service and relationship resonates rather than the lowest rate.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong negotiating abilities and skilled at pricing profitably.
  • A verifiable track record that amounts to a minimum of $3,000,000 in originations or greater.
  • Knowledge and familiarity working with CRM systems.
